By accessing or using TrendingTopics.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TrendingTopics.io is a content intelligence platform that aggregates trending topics from across the web and uses AI to help content creators generate niche-specific content. Features vary by subscription tier (Idea Engine and Content Kickstarter).

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Idea Engine: $10/month — single industry, limited content generation
• Content Kickstarter: $25/month — unlimited industries, full AI features including image generation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

TrendingTopics.io uses AI to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all content before publishing
• You own the content you create using the Service, subject to the underlying AI model's terms
• We do not claim ownership of content you generate

7. Intellectual Property

The TrendingTopics.io platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary prompts, is owned by Socially Square and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socially Square shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
